Orders & returns

As soon as your order is ready for dispatch, you will receive a separate e-mail with your invoice in addition to the information about the dispatch of your parcel. If you do not receive an e-mail with your invoice, please also check your SPAM folder.

Orders placed before 12pm Monday-Friday will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day. Orders placed on a weekend will not be dispatched until the following Monday. You will receive an email notification from us once your order has been dispatched. Please note we currently only dispatch to the UK.

Our courier will aim to have your parcel with you within 4-5 working days (Mainland UK only).

We do not. If you are thinking of buying a product and are concerned it may not be to your liking, please bear in mind that we are happy to offer a refund or exchange on any unsuitable products. Simply contact us within 14 days of receiving the product and we will be happy to arrange this for you.

All Judith Williams cosmetic lines can be combined or alternated depending on individual skin requirements. However, it is advisable to stick to one line for basic skincare. The speciality care products can be used in combination without further ado.

On each of our products you will find the EU standard Period After Opening (PAO) symbol which identifies the ‘lifetime’ of a product once opened for the first time. It can be used as a guide once your product has been opened. All of our products have a PAO of 12 months.

Ideally, the products should be stored in a cool and dark place such as the dining room or cellar - never in the fridge. Further tips and tricks for the correct storage of cosmetic products are summarised in this magazine article.

The concentrate generally has an even higher combination of active ingredients than the serum and is therefore more effective. While a serum should always be used in the morning and evening, a concentrate can also be used as a course treatment over a shorter period of time. If used at the same time, it is recommended to use the concentrate first and then the serum.

The entire Judith Williams product range is not tested on animals and we strictly reject any kind of animal testing! The skin compatibility of the lines is tested and confirmed exclusively by independent dermatologists - moreover, animal testing for cosmetic purposes has been banned in the European Union for several years.

For the Judith Williams team, the effectiveness and luxuriousness of the products is the top priority. However, we would like to make it very clear that our cosmetics are not natural cosmetics. Where product efficacy requires it, we use state-of-the-art and absolutely safe ingredients in order to guarantee the best possible benefits for our customers. In general, however, we endeavour to develop a product range free from animal ingredients.

Pharmaceutical quality stands for the highest quality or pharmacopoeia quality, standardisation of identity, purity and active ingredient content. It also stands for consistent and continuous control at all points and production in accordance with the strictest guidelines.

No, we made the conscious decision not to include SPF in our products. This is because sun protection is not just about SPF but is about high level broad spectrum UVA and UVB protection.

No, Judith Williams products are completely paraben free.

All ingredients are listed on the respective product page. It is important to look at the list of ingredients to prevent allergic reactions.

Our products are high-class developments in which we invest a great deal of work and expertise. Behind every single product is a long development period and co-operation with outstanding experts in dermacosmetics. Furthermore, all our formulations are subjected to numerous tests to guarantee maximum compatibility and safety. With this in mind, we can assure you that Judith Williams products are non-hormonal and absolutely safe to use.

In principle, the entire Judith Williams range is not designed to have an effect on hormones (see question ‘Are Judith Williams products designed to have an effect on hormones’). However, our products are not specifically tested on pregnant women or breastfeeding mothers. We therefore recommend that you consult a doctor or dermatologist before use.

Whilst we do have a number of customers who have very sensitive skin, unfortunately there are no guarantees that individual products within our range are going to suit everyone. We would therefore recommend you carry out a patch test prior to using any new skincare product for the first time. A small amount should be applied close to the area of intended use (behind the ear is ideal in this instance). Should you experience any redness, irritation or discomfort during the next 24 hours then you should immediately wash the test area and we would not recommend use of that particular product.
